Hello,

I'm a student from Greece and my thesis consists of implementing the BSC in a small rural Local Authority. Naturally I should mention success stories of the BSC in local government and present a summary of such cases. I did come across the well-documented cases of Charlotte and Brisbane, but these organization are so much different than the one I'm trying to implement the BSC to, that the comparison will simply not fit in.

So basically I'm looking for BSC case files from small local authorities, preferably in rural areas.
