I am in the process of finalizing my dissertation as a final requirement for a Ph.D. degree in Commerce. I am looking for at least 2 foreign BSC experts who can evaluate my proposed model for Philippine private higher education institutions. The BSC experts must have extensive knowledge on the BSC and understand how universities operate. Are there BSC experts out there who can help me on this. Hi - I know its a while since you asked the question but I recommend that you approach the University of Leeds in the UK. They were placed into the BSC Hall of Fame a couple of years back. I think they have an Office of Strategy Management and the champion is Simon Donaghue - as I recall.
