Let me introduce myself before I proceed further. I am Anthony Nair at present located at Sri Lanka and reading for my MSc Information Management Thesis at SLIIT.

The Topic of my thesis is

"Appropriateness of available measurements for Quantifying Business Value of IT investments in the Commercial Banking sector of Sri Lanka"

The objectives of the Thesis

A. To Identify IT Business Value Models developed by academics and practitioners

B. To Identify measurements available to diagnose the delivery of business value by adopting Information Technology

C. To Develop comprehensive measurements to evaluate the realization of business value by adopting information technology assets


The reason I am writing this message to you, is to seek any literature relating to :

1. KPI's in commercial banks
2. How to measure value drivers in a Commercial Bank

And further any relevant literature relating to above topic would also be valued.
